        Decorating Icing 3 1/2
        cups, packed confectioner's sugar 
        1/3 cup egg whites (2-3 eggs) room temp. 
        1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter 
         
        Strain sugar through strainer. Beat egg
        whites with 2 cups of sugar at high speed for 5 minutes.
        Beat in cream of tarter. Continue adding sugar to the
        desired consistency, (firm enough to hold shape). If too
        thick add a few drops of water, if too thin add sugar. 
        Spread with knife or use a pastry
        decorating bag.
