2008 Outdoor Season Program

Registration dates: 

• Friday  March 28^th 7 pm to 9 pm at the Deep River Town Hall

• Saturday March 29^th 10 am to 1 pm at the Deep River Town Hall

• Wednesday April 2, 7 - 9 pm, at the Chalk River Resource Centre

Please bring a wallet sized picture of your child, and your child's birth certificate with you to registration night.

Please ensure you attend on one of these dates to register. 

Registrations received after March 29^th, 2008 will be considered late and the late fee will apply. 

The number of teams per division will be based on the number of registrants received on the above dates.

Completed and Signed Registration Form and Medical Form,
